Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Australia.
How are the items being delivered?
The products are delivered via Australian Post, Aramex, Toll, Allied Express or Hunter Express, depending on the size and weight of the item.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:
- For VIC customers, up to 3 – 5 working days;
- For NSW, SA, ACT customers, up to 4 – 8 working days;
- For QLD, NT, WA, and TAS customers, up to 7 – 10 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
When will the item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched the day after the order has been placed.
Where can I find the tracking information?
The tracking information will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched.
